Neglected

I'm sorry to make you feel neglected, but I really don't want to turn my blog into a mostly ranting, soapbox derby. (I really should make more use of my ranting blog just so I can do so. :) Most of the things I've been tempted to post recently have been rants and complaints, so i spared you all the nastiness associated with that.

I do have a question to post to you all. If you had a blog, (some of you do and some of you don't) is there a topic that you won't post about and what is it? I'm not asking to know why as you all have your own reasons why, but I'm curious about my readership - all 4 of you. :)

Thanks!

This post was brought to you by the letters A, R, G, and the number 6.

I try to be careful not to post about my kids' relationships or potential relationships with others because that tends towards the gossipy end. Also, Cathryn taught me to keep it positive and I really try. Occasional rants or questions that make others pause is always good.

I like hearing about your garden, your kids, and your work.

I try to avoid posting things I do in the games I play (Dungeons and Dragons, World of Warcraft, et cetera). I also don't like making a post that's little more than a list of chores I've done, things I've bought, or people I've talked to.

There was a time when I didn't follow this rule, but for a while I think I have.

If I think that somebody's feelings are going to be hurt by what I have to say, I don't post it.

This applies to people I know in RL. If I feel that abortion is wrong and I want to post about it but I know that someone in the worlds feelings are going to be hurt by it - I post it anyway.

I am sure you can see the difference and what type of situations I am referring to.

AND... TAG! You're it!
Yep, you've been tagged on my blog.
